MoeGo is a SaaS platform serving the pet grooming industry, offering tools for scheduling, customer management, payments, and communication.

I joined MoeGo when the team was just 20 people and supported its rapid growth to over 200 employees in two years.

As the company scaled, I stepped into a leadership position where I owned the direction and delivery of MoeGo's customer-facing product line.

Working in a fast-paced environment, I helped shape the company's product direction, led multiple cross-functional initiatives, and collaborated closely with design, sales, and marketing.

What I loved most was the opportunity to work so closely with our customers, from small business owners to large franchises, and see how our work directly helped them run and grow their businesses.

It was a deeply rewarding experience that shaped how I think about product, impact, and leadership.
